...Continued.

We choose the best option and run it on test, admiring the picture.

Then we proceed to the second step. Once again open the Expert Advisor properties and go to the Input Parameters tab and load the file _step_2=y _l3.set

Run the optimization and wait for the results.

We select the best option and run it through and admire the picture.

Then proceed to the third stage. Once again open the Expert Advisor properties and go to the input parameters tab and load the file _step_3=z _l3.set

Run the optimization and wait for the results.

We select the best variant and run it through and look at the picture.

At this point the first optimization level is over. Besides, we have an opportunity to look into the future and test the Expert Advisor with the obtained results in the next fifth week preceding the sixth week.

And regret that we have missed a good profit.

To be continued...

...Continued.

Then we come to the second range, which is the two weeks immediately before the battle (4and5), in this example we select the dates from: 29.12.08 to: 10.01.09

Reopen the Expert Advisor properties and go to the input parameters tab and load the file _step_4=X _l3.set

Start the optimization and wait for the results.

In the same way as described above, we run optimization in steps 5 and 6 with the corresponding files _step_5=Y _l3.set and _step_6=Z _l3.set

We also choose the best parameters. The optimization is now complete. Save it to a file. We move it to ....\experts\presets

Open M5 chart with the required symbol, attach the Expert Advisor to it, load the resulting file into properties, resave it and allow it to trade during the next week.

We follow the same procedure for other symbols.

The end

Thank you.

The second week of the demo is over.

Because I didn't run all nine pairs at the same time and had problems with connection interruptions, the actual result was far from what I thought it would be.

The new version of the L5.

In market terms, it is no different from the L3. Therefore, everything that applied to L3 fits to the new version.

The main difference is the possibility to work on one account with different symbols (but not timeframes)

Changes: 1) The information is not displayed in the form of global variables, but as a comment in the left corner.

2) changed the function BuSll for correct work of several EAs in one account.

We only need to check the HM_ALL parameter which is responsible for the maximum number of open orders.

hello

I myself optimised 6 pairs over the weekend. I put them in tonight and the result has been a $400 loss so far. I'll attach my sets later. :)
