To avoid the situation where I described the trading strategy and the pseudo-programmer immediately disappeared, I decided to organize the process as follows:

Because you have to understand that the hard-earned savings are too expensive to take and drain because of wrong code.
All in all, I assume that it will take you no more than two weeks to create an Expert Advisor, if you really try hard.
So if you want to work "for fun" for now, you have to write the following non-profitable trading system. Which will be a small part of my TS.
What you will need?
1) EUR/CHF pair
2) H4 time frame
3) CCI 20 indicator
What should this indicator show?
To buy:
1) Draw a CCI top after the +100 line
2) Fall below 100 to zero
3) Rise above 100 and consolidate above the previous peak
4) Once the CCI candle closes above the peak, a Stop loss and Take profit must be calculated according to the following simple rules:
Stop loss= minimum of the candle that just closed
Entry will be the opening price of a new candlestick
Take profit= (entry price - stop loss) * 2 + entry price.
In Russian, the number of pips from the entry price to the minimum * 2 will be our take profit.
On the sell mirror image:
1) CCI falls below -100
2) Rises above -100 (could be -70, could be -95)
3) Then goes back down below -100 and below what is depicted in points 1, 2.
4) When the price bar closes and the CCI is below the previous peak, the Expert Advisor calculates stop loss, take profit and enters the trade
Stop loss= close candle's high
Entry = open price of the next candle
Take profit = Entry price - (stop loss - entry price )*2
