Probabilistic neural networks, packages and algorithms for MT4

The success at the Better's championship with probabilistic neural network (PNN) is sparking interest in this topic. The question is where to find orderly information on the topic, preferably in application to stock and forex (as such there is a lot of information on neural networks in general), otherwise it is not even clear where to start. If anyone has links, experiences, algorithms in any language, including MQL, please publish them. The variant of creating an Expert Advisor or an indicator, from my point of view, is as follows:
1 Export quotes from MT4 to a file
2 Run Statistica(www.statsoft.ru) with the Neural Networks module, import quotes
3 Process the data, create an algorithm of an Expert Advisor or an indicator
4 Save the algorithm from Statistica in C++ format (according to the description, it is possible)
5 Translate the algorithm from C++ into MQL4

Actually it is easy to collect the links - ( www.gogle.ru ) search for "neural network" + combinations of "adaptive" + "NPP".
it is more important to break them down structurally and choose the most useful and important
for beginners I found some interesting resources - at least they are clear enough and nice introduction

These are not pirate links and there is no mention of brokers or DCs. It's a good thing. But you have to be careful with NS - it will work if the problem is set correctly and the input data is coded (converted).
