I would add only that once I got acquainted with the Kotelnikov's committee report on results of investigations of so called "parapsychological phenomena"; those were carried out in IRENA in 83-84 by request of interested departments. This work also included experimental testing of the so-called "suggestive" methods. The technical specifications of the equipment used, much of which was manufactured and tested specifically for this study, were unique; many of them are still used today (for example, a magnetically insulated chamber that allowed to measure variations of the magnetic field induction within it, which is ~10e-12 Gs, which is 7-8 orders of magnitude lower than the average magnetic field induction in the Earth). The Commission, in my opinion, has shown extremely convincingly the absence of any "material background" under the subject matter of the experimental study. In the case of "suggestive" techniques, it was irrefutably proven that the direct short-term effect of the object of suggestion on the subject, and it was especially noted that the subject must be predisposed and prepared for the effect.
