Yes, it is about something else entirely, and you are messing with my head about something else entirely. They are asking for a copyright document, and you're messing with my head that you can not in general

They ask for a licence for the right to be a forex dealer from ordinary programmers who write custom-made expert advisers, scripts and indicators. Otherwise - not allowed.

So in this situation, the payment system does NOT advertise a casino, it does NOT advertise anything at all, but it has been banned because there IS such advertising in the payment terminals.

You see? There - we are banned for advertising because we are required to be a dealing centre with a license to advertise our software writing services to MT, but here - we are banned altogether for not advertising to a payment system.

That's why I'm trying to draw your attention to the absurdity of such attitudes of some insane gentlemen, there as well as here.

I'm just making a parallel.
