Now withdrawing WMR to bank accounts is still unavailable!

You can wmr-phone-card. The commission if you transfer from the operator to the MTS card 4%.

Today I transferred money to wmz from dc to wmu and then to the card, the whole process took less than a minute after the withdrawal of dc to get the money to the card.
 
Yes, WMZ is still good, but WMR is bad. It is still possible to withdraw WMR, but withdrawal has become very expensive.
