yes of course, any broker can. To avoid it you can use virtual SL and TP. But do not worry about this, most people lose their deposit in anyway.

I believe he's referring to the statistics that 95% of traders blow up their accounts. 
 

don't worry about broker see your SL-TP.

You're not the only one trade in your broker... the most important is how you set your SL, so market can't touch it.
