On the contrary. Bears were dragging the price down and the Bulls were positioning higher and hitting from above, hoping to knock the Bears down. But, so far, it hasn't worked out. The Bulls did not get far though. All positioned themselves at Leo level. There will be a consilium and the Lion himself will pass the price to either the Bears or - the Bulls. We will soon see the denouement of this, protracted, dispute.
