You could create an Expert Advisor that would analyse, say, all the symbols and their timeframes from the "Market Watch" window to find this pattern and output the information to a summary table on the chart. The levels will already be calculated from the pattern and also shown on the current chart. It is possible to make it possible to specify in the program parameters how many patterns to count in the past. For example, we can set 5 patterns and the program will draw levels on them.

It would be possible to test all this in the tester.
