Please I tried to deposit into my mql5 account but it was saying card invalid then later on it said " financial operations are limited "

Then you need to contact the Service Desk as instructed in the red warning message.

I recently had the same problem just be patient they helped me within a week. (And responded within 1-2 days each time).
