I am trying to make a syntetic custom symbol in MQL5. The symbol is a spread-graph of Nasdaq 100 Tech and Dow Jones. The formula is:
(("ND100Tech_Tickstory_1_Digits" * 2.2229 ) / "DJ_Tickstory") *100.0
I multiply by 2.2229 to get the value around 1 and then multiply by 100.
I attached a screenshot of the Symbol settings where you can see the "Synthetic Instrument Formula", but it is the same as the one above.
It seems to be working but the history quality is arount 50%.
This is odd because the history quality for Nasdaq 100 Tech and Dow Jones, which I have downloaded from Tickstory, have both 100% history quality.
How can I fix the bad history quality for my synthetic symbol?
If you know what is wrong I would be very grateful!
