I can't download a free EA, from the MQL5 Market, why ?

My Balance is 0.00 USD.

You need to provide the following steps or you should have the following:

• You should have Windows 64-bit system for Metatrader 5, and the latest/last build of MT5;
• last build of MT4 in case you are downloading it for MT4;
• You should have Internet Explorer installed on the computer the latest possible version;
• you should reduce to use any exterbal VPS;
• do not use Windows XP, Windows Vista and otger old versions of Vista;
• you should fill Community tab of your Metatrader with your forum login and forum password (your forum login is srmh734avx; do not use your email for login and do not use any google/facebook related passwords);
