authorization failed

hi

I try to signup as signal provider , but always failed, I receive  comment ( authorization failed. Please check your trading account login and password). , I use investor as password and login my account number , both from mt4 information

I else change my investor password , because i was thought it is the problem , but it not

so please help me to solve the problem

If you are you sure about your account number and investor password, double check your broker server then.

Also make sure that you've clicked the Metatrader 4 Terminal blue button and not the MT5 one.
