I don't work for Metaquotes, so I can't answer for them.
But I am sure at 100% it will not happen.

Hi,
I have to come a conclusion and I have a simple question for Metaquotes guys:
- Will be possible, to use external history data in MT5, within the next 1 or 2 quarter?
I need a modern platform to trade and back-test my EA. MT4 is too slow when you have to back-test and optimize over 5+ years... MT5 has the right speed, but the limitation in data availability really destroy any possibility to use it.
I would like a simple yes or no answer.
I will accept any answer, but I need more power and if Mt5 can not provide it , I will recode my EA and switch to cTrade/cAlgo.
