I want to test a strategy designed for EUR/USD with the smallest possible size account on the paper money side.

If you are new to mt4, i recommend you to hire someone and let code something. Check https://www.mql5.com/en/job please. There are many capable coders. MQL isnt very easy language for beginners, if you code wrong, it can cost you all your money..

I'm still new to this so I will definitely pick something already written and tested.  I can't tell how to load one though or even whether I am looking at a fully automated strategy or simply an indicator.  please advise further.
