Hello ~ HELP PLEASE

* I suspect scam

Provided with a MT4 global live person.  But how does one check or verify if agent suggested is real?  I've read many scams on MT4 more so than MT5.  *See pic attached

*name/email/alt. phone number...?  ***think scam

listed as: MT4customer service manage

MT4 has no agents, nor customer service, Metatrader 4 is a piece of software used for trading, is not a broker.

Good respectable brokers don't have agents, you can find them online, they have proper office address and phones and you can contact them easily through their website or live chat.

Since there are hundreds of respectable and trustworthy brokers out there, make your search, check their reviews and choose one of them.

Check their regulating authority, if there isn't any be alarmed, when there is doubt there is no doubt.

Discussion about brokers is not allowed in this forum, so you need to make your own search.
