How to disable my agents?

Hello, I've read this already: https://cloud.mql5.com/en/download but the solution presented there of "hover your cursor over an agent, "Turn off" and "Delete" options icons will appear" are not appearing.
Also, when I open the MetaTrader 5 Agents Manager window, my agents are not listed in the Services Tab. Still, I see they're working because of the "Payments for agents provided" that I keep receiving.
If anyone knows how to solve this, please help.

DO you have more then one MT5 on your Pc/VPS?

if so check other MetaTrader 5 Agents Manager 

if not backup and un-install and reinstall your MetaTrader 5
