viruses by activating DLL ?

I'd like to know if it would be possible for an EA or an indi with DLL activated to download a virus from the internet and then run it ?

i'm kinda afraid of EAs or indis that can run shellExecute

A DLL can do anything, so yes. That is why they are not allowed in the Market or VPS.
