false signals opening trade on my account

i have subscribed to a trading signal but i have a problem in that when my signal provider opens a trade, the trade is copied well on to my MT4 terminal but also another false order opens a position on my terminal.
i have now seen almost five such cases all of them giving me huge losses. such false positions normally closses automatically within minutes or seconds after opening. Can someone assist me with this mater.
