I found the information on the forum that if we/you cancel non-activated purchase within 7 days after buying it so the money is automatically returned to MQL5 profile/account.

You should be able to cancel your purchase in the product's page here in MQL5.com, look on the left side where the purchase button originally was.

I've just been informed that a cancellation is only available for: non-rent purchases made within 7 days and having 0 used activations.

So recentlt i buy expert on market.
I need the MT5 version but instead i buy the MT4 version.
Can i cancel the pyament so i can do repurchase to buy the MT5 version?
The Expert of MT4 version not yet to be activated.
