Running an EA that requires DLL's and VPS

I would like to make sure I understood correctly this issue - 

If I'm using an EA that requires to "allow dll imports" - then I cannot use the MT$ VPS with it, is this correct ?

You can't run an EA that requires DLL calls in MQL5 VPS, that is correct.

Yes, the MQ-VPS does not allow any DLL - just read the rules: § III par. 10: "No DLLs are allowed on a Virtual terminal. There is no physical capacity to use DLLs there."
