Take an Excel spreadsheet and put your data into that.
Have a setting in your "input" that says, "use the spreadsheet."
With this button pressed or input that moves your settings to the spreadsheet then you can open and close the spreadsheet to update the values.

Not super elegant and would require some coding skill.
