MT4 - orange locks on my charts while using my autobot.

I am trading with an autobot on mt4.  Everything is running quite well but I have these orange locks on the top right corner of my charts.  When I click on them it brings me to the autobot web page.  I think they mean that I cannot alter the trade in anyway.  I tried to close the trade early and take the profit but mt4 wouldn't let me.  If anyone knows please advise and I sincerely thank you for your time and effort.

Only reason that you will not be able to close your trades is that 1) it is the weekend, OR, 2) your broker is closed, OR, 3) you are using investor password to log into your terminal, OR, 4) your broker has a minimum distance before you are allowed to close your trades.
But, please post the result of your enquiries. It may help someone else with same issue.
