How to program pivot high and low?

Please, can you help me with program pivot high and low to break? And "padding" between low first candle and high third candle for bear (high first candle and low third candle for bull) to break?

Similarly as on picture?

I´m circled high lines and low lines as black rings at new picture. Every high and low do it lines before will be break, then no longer.

Same case want with "vacuum" (red rings). Do it color "padding" between low of first candle and high of thirh candle for bear (high of first candle and low of third candle for bull) before will be break, then no longer.

I don´t know how do it..
