I still think so this problem may be conflict versions.
- By user install new version based on old version not uninstalled
- By user install new version based on old version of another broker
And not sure about third party software, like anti virus, firewall... Because this problem only happened on recently version, and if error happened, then user copy old file build to override new file build to test again, then works.
Temporary we should recommend user use old buil version to test if newly version has this error.
