Launching metatrader 5 problem

Hi, I have a problem launching mt5 on 2 laptops with windows 10.

It just won''t open the app at all

Mt4 works..

I spoke with windows support and they said that I need an update version of mt5 Exe. file

Offtopic, mt5 works on my old laptop with windows 7.

If your Windows 10 is 64 bit so, seems, you connected your MT5 to MetaQuotes-Demo account and got one of the latest beta build.
You can downgrade to the latest release/stable version of Metatrader 5.
And do not connect to MetaQuotes-Demo server anymore.

Try switching off your Antivirus if you have one. It worked for me.
