You can withdraw earned funds only (according to the Rules).You can spend your fund for the services (such as subscribe to the Signals, buy some Market products or make an order in Freelance for example).
If you deposited money mistakenly thinking that you are depositing for trading account (but there are no any trading accounts proposed on this forum because MetaQuotes is not a broker) so - write to the service desk.

Dear Service Desk,
I want to withdraw my 76.50$.
My name is startingfrom4 I am an mt5 user and by the grace of God, I has order and or bought above 2 programs from mt5 platform.
However, my intention were to use the 76.50$ for a purchase of a Parrot Pro program, but it was unlucky to me that there is no programmer capable of doing the job, so instead of me to lose more fund for arbitration I want to apply to withdraw the fund 76.50$ from my mt5 wallet.
I will be happy if my application is dually considered.
