that means in ur calcualtion u dont use one type of data some from here some from there, and thats why in ur system there are many loophole like this.

not only this broker i found other who archived after few months, but that should be treated properly as *** does even other social site also. as they mentioning the transaction as archived than their treatment should be different than BALANCE.
