I 've been trying to deposit funds on my account to purchase an expensive EA but the system stopped me from depositing money with my debit card. After receiving the noticication that tthere is an issue I tried to send several emails via their 'email service to the constact centre' but alhough i added all the necessary information and uploaded an image of the notification the system told me 'add more information' but there wansnt anymore i could add. No i am stuck in limbo... I cannot make anymore deposits and i dont have enough in my account to purchase the EA... a real mess ! MQL 5 take off the limitation on my ability to make deposits on my account.

Only the Service Desk can remove this limitation:
i am trying to constact them via the email service but its not possible read my message .... the email service theyu have does nto send my complaint email to the service department
- If you are talking about your trading account so - speak with your broker.
- if it is about to deposit fund to your mql5 forum profile here https://www.mql5.com/en/users/francoisr26051973/accounting/choosein so write to the service desk (look at "Contacts and requests" link at the bottom of this page). And please note that funds are coming from one bank to an other one in some cases (if you are depositing from Visa for example) so it may take some time for example (one day or more).
