Yes, it is possible, you can publish a lot of your trading accounts as signals, within the same MQL5 account.

For the signal subscriber part, no if uses MQL5 VPS (or any other VPS). Read the whole subscription procedure below:

No, not from the same trading account. One trading account, one signal for life! Even if you stop a signal on a trading account and later start another one from the same account, then all past history will be used for the new signal's metrics.
