lost activations
I bought an EA from MQL5, I installed the EA on the MT4 on my computer, a few months later, I installed the EA on the another MT4 on the same computer, but I found I lost 2 activations, has anyone got the same problem? and how to claim the activation back? many thanks!

If your Windows (Windows 10, right) was updated (key updates) so the activation may be lost.
In this case - delete Ea from two MT4 instances and install EA once again (from same MT4 instances).
It may be some other cases.
