Signals didnt close trades

I subsribe signals and I had second time this issue - signals were opened but never closed. I was checking it on MQL5 signal provider page and there were all closed, then I just closed every trade manually. I contacted signal provider - he cant help me and said I need to contact Mql5 on forum. I checked my VPS and MT5 (everything was running on close time). Before everything was working correctly and other signals on MT4 is working okay.
Can be there problem with MQL5?
