There is no "offline" chart with MT5.
You can open new same chart and attach the second EA, so you have 2 same chart with 2 different EA.
Will the EAs do their work on the security if an order is placed?

That will work
For example, open 2 EURUSD H1 charts
Load 1 EA on 1 chart, and the 2nd EA on the 2nd chart
2 different EA's running at the same time on a EURUSD H1 chart
Use a different Magic Number for each EA install

are you sure? have in mind that this is all up to how the expert(s) is coded....Just because it has a magic setting does not necessary mean it's not going to interfere with others...
