Just to clarify—If you are referring to the trades produced by your EA being tested and not some other trade history that was saved to the template beforehand, then you can't get rid of it.
Those are the EAs trades, and that is the whole point of the Visual Tester, to visually observe the trade activity.
On a side note, in my opinion, if your EA is producing such an abhorrent number of trades, then it is a good sign that the strategy is not very realistic and will probably fail in live trading.
How to hide ... indicators in visual back-testing?
Apparently the only known way to remove the red and grey lines is to change the colour of ask and bid prices to NONE in the template.
I am sure that this is not the case, however, i have asked in other thread and that is response i got.
why would you want to get rid of those arrows in visual tester? Are those trades that you testing ea did during testing?
Did I not just state, that the EAs own trades are always displayed because that is the primary function of the Visual testing?

thankyou for replay Yes ,only issue , during testing ,,,,,,,,,,, its working fine in live market , since beginning,
even if you could remove them in the backtest, then there would be not much point in doing a backtest imo.
Why do you want to remove them?
