Public Signal not showing up

I recently created a signal to offer as a public one. As of now, it only shows up under "my signals" but not under Public. Is there a step I have to take for the signal to show up as public and available to subscribers?

Not all signals are rated and ranked, it takes time, so trade well and be patient.
