As the subject describes. One top MT4 signal's ranking number is missing. May I know what is the issue?

As far as I understand - the rating formula is not disclosed by MQ.
But you can follow two threads just to understand something related to the rating -

Not all signals are rated and ranked, risky trading removes the rating.
