MetaQuotes Company is the ONLY and ONLY developer of MetaTrader terminals and has nothing to do with brokers. MetaQuotes Company does not provide real trading accounts - only demo accounts....
I recommend you:
Before transferring funds do a little analysis about the company where you are going to transfer funds.
Find a specialised forum on the Internet and there look for ways to get your funds back.
And questions about the funds in the trading account you should address to your BROKER - that is, to whom you gave your funds.
