Can chart objects be created, modified or deleted in a VPS?

As much as I know the execution environment in VPS is headless. So no chart objects are available.

But I do not use VPS and I cannot tell.

Try with an EA. Create an object, try selecting the object and modify the object. Log all to the journal with printf. And see if it is reliable.
