Hello everyone!

Today I noticed that my balance says 473.74 USD, but under "In" in payments it says 438.61.

What is the reason for that?

Yesterday the amount under "In" was higher than the balance, but it somehow dropped about 40 USD overnight. I didn't withdraw anything. Why is that?

I appreciate any help in this regard!

What is the matter with people lately here?

They all seem to think that we can read minds and know what account they may be referring to!

If it is a bank account - contact your bank.
If it is a broker account - contact your broker.

If it is a MQL5 account - contact Service Desk.

Send your messages and see the history of your requests to the mql5.com support team even if you are not registered on the website.

Hello!

Sorry, I didn't know there were multiple accounts here. I am referrering to a MQL5 account.

I checked the possible subjects at the service desk and my issue doesn't seem to fit in any of those.

Is it possible to get help here or should I contact the Service Desk anyways?

The balance value was displayed incorrectly. We have fixed it, now both numbers are equal.
