Request to list my broker Name

i am trying to creat my signal but i am unable to find out my broker name which is "NoorCapital-Live" in to the list. please fix this issue.

Not all brokers/servers are available for publishing a signal, some may be added in the future.

I've been told that this broker may have been removed for some reasons.
