I was just trying to figure out what would be a fair price to have that coded.

Fair price differs between developers.

In my opinion the vast majority of prices offered in freelance are too cheap and I would not call them fair prices.

You can probably get a low quality poorly coded EA for $30. You are likely not to even notice that it is poorly coded.

1. Does the fact that it is poorly coded mean that it will not work properly ?

2. Does it also mean that in the future it will be more difficult to adapt it to several other conditions ?
