I can't copy signals from others !!

Hi,
In fact I have a problem and I can't solve it after many tries!!! I followed some tutorial videos step by step but without any result!! I fund my account here on mql5 and the problem is still made!
When I try to copy signals from a trader, I click "copy for 30$ per month" for example after I confirm from the MT5 platform and after that it show nothing!!!!! I'm online on MT5 also by the way!

Make sure that you fill Community tab with your forum login and forum password (your forum login is jonny25), and sucessful login ofCommunity tan should be confirmed in Metatrader journal.
And make sure that you have Internet Explorer installed the latest version on your Windows 10 (I am having Internet Explorer version 11 for example).
