If you (your trading account) have same leverage with the signal's provider account so - yes (most probably).
And you will see/check it in the journal/log (it shoiuld be written something about it all the time periodically).

You need the same or higher leverage and a bit more than double, since you can only use up to 95% of it, to get double lot size.
