Want to use the trademark "MetaTrader™" how/where can I get permission

This is probably a bit off but maybe someone can point me towarda the right address for this question.

I tried to contact Meta Quotes Ltd. directly but they do not respond. 

I'd like to use  "MetaTrader™" as part of the name for a youtube and telegram channel that presents EAs and indicators for MT4/5.

Do I need Meta Quote's permission to use their trademark as part of the channels' titles or is it enough to provide the "TM" as in the subject of this post.

All I can say is that plenty of channels and websites use the Metatrader name and I have never heard of any being shut down by Metaquotes.

I would think that Metaquotes would possibly take action if you gave the impression that you were in some way affiliated to Metaquotes.
