I've just been informed that a cancellation is only available for: non-rent purchases made within 7 days and having 0 activations.I think - "having 0 activations" = no any activation used (did not install the product in Metatrader).

I rented the <...> through 2021.03.24. It is supposed to give numbers between 0 and 1, but frequently gives values above 1 and sometimes below 0. How can I get a refund?
