Demo license required for selling?

Am planning to sell my EA in the platform. I am planning to sell unlimited license with live signal monitoring.
My question is it mandatory to have FREE DEMO in selling or can I go with direct sell?
Appreciate guidance. Couldn't see any service desk help on this.
You can't have unlimited activations as an option, you will need to put some specific number to it, put a large number of activations if you like.
