Where has the PayPal option gone?

I would like to top up my  MQL5 account using PayPal, but I can no longer find that option and my credit cards are being refused. Any ideas on what is going on?

Today I reported the issue and the response was Paypal has been removed and won't be available again. I hate they do not give a warning at least before apply this changes.
