Trading Reports MT5 - Unable to produce!

Sorry guys, I have searched this forum and also the help files in MT5 to no avail. I am not a coder and any info I did find was of a coding nature. I simply want to produce a Trading Report similar to those in My Fx Book but don't want to go through same, nor do I want an Excel version. All I could produce in HTML is attached. Am I missing something? I recall other platforms produced excellent reports at the touch of a button. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
