I am getting news in non-english language. How do I change the language for news on MT4 android app

On the chart window. I double click or press hold the chart, it stops me from scrolling to the left. How do I release it?

I also don't know how to bring up the time ring, M1, M5, etc. on the chart page. Are there any shortcut documentation?
