HELP: Cannot subscribe to signal providers

I have found a provider I would like to subscribe to and they use the same brokerage firm in the same country as me as well but I keep getting the error: Subscription Failed Signal provider does not work by FIFO rule. Thank you for your help

You are a US citizen and you should only look for signal that obbey the FIFO rule.

US have special rules about forex trading and you should research this before you proceed, doesn't allow hedging too.

I filtered the signals to show only FIFO compliant ones. The one I chose was also in the US and uses the same broker.

Maybe something was amiss, contact the signal provider for details.
